Strangers' Validation

Today at the gym, I told a joke to my buddy. It wasn’t an especially funny joke, but nonetheless, two relative strangers behind me evidently overheard and laughed at it. What a great feeling - one of the little moments in life worth romanticising, as someone I know once said.
